Memorial Day Weekend

Sunday we had a chance to enjoy the Air Show on Hill Air Force Base.
We got a chance to see 6 F16 air planes fly and do tricks right over our heads.
We also saw a lot of other millitary vehicles.

Memorial Day itself (Monday) Aeris's grandparents stopped by. She absolutely loved all the attention. And showed off how she has learned to roll over all the way now, and she also discovered her feet for the first time!

17. Mai

17. Mai is Norways Constitution day. It is usually celebrated with a big parade, lots of games for the children, ice cream, hot dogs and family fun!!

Since 17. Mai was on a Thursday this year we had to wait till Saturday for all of that, but we had some fun on 17. Mai too.

So that was Thursday. Now we skip to Saturday for the 17. Mai celebration in the International Peace Garden in Salt Lake City.

Mothers Day 2012

First Mothers Day started with the best gift ever. Aeris made hand and foot prints for me!

Then we went out for a long nice walk in beautiful weather.

After the walk we went up into the canyon to a nice restaurant

The server even let me have dessert on the house, since it was my first mothers day! Awesome :)

We had a really great day!

New toys

Earlier this month Aeris got some new toys

We found her with her hat covering her eye like an eye-patch! She was absolutely trying to be a pirate!! The cutest one ever :)

Sunday we were invited out with some car friends. We had a really nice drive through the mountains and some nice conversation at a restaurant. Fun with friends :)

And, this is how she wanted her toy today..! She kept putting it on top of her face!! If I moved it, she moved it right back :P My little silly girl :P Hehe.. She is cute though :D

Aeris "test drove" a subaru sti while we waited for our oil change this week.

She's been hanging out with daddy :)

She's been at two Nikken meetings this week, and one Nikken booth at a convention!
She loves to smile and talk to new people. And everyone tells her she is beautiful! :)

She has learned to roll over! This is how I find her in the mornings now. She turns over on to her belly as soon as she wakes up :)

And she is learning to fall asleep on her own at night :) Preferably with something touching her lips.. A finger works :)
