Norway Summer 2012 - Part 1 - Paris

July 8-26th we went to Norway!
I will post a couple of different posts, just to make it easier, there will be a LOT of pictures for you to enjoy :)

We started the trip with a direct flight to Paris, France. There we had an 8 hour lay over, so we had a chance to see what Paris looked like too :)

Best baby on board ever :) She got a little bassinet to sleep, play and eat in :) She slept almost the whole way there!

So that was France.

We took the train to the Eiffel Tower, walked around for a bit, saw the huge tower and ate real french food. :) Stopped by a souvenir shop and had a really good time!

Norway Summer 2012 - Part 2

We arrived in Oslo, Norway in the evening. My mom was supposed to pick us up and take us to her home. But, guess who totally surprised us by showing up at the airport!!

My sister!!! Here is first time meeting her niece :) 

First time my sister is feeding a baby :) She wasn't sure if she was doing it right, but she did a great job!! :) 

The next day was a fun and busy day. We went for a walk, we picked up my cousin and met with a lot of people :) It was a great first day in Norway :)

Aeris tried to steal my ice pop :P She got really mad at us when she didn't get anymore! 

My cousin, Kjersti, stopped by to meet Aeris.

Wednesday comes along and, 

We had a conversation with the priest to plan the Christening.

Later that Wednesday we go off to see my Bestemor (grandmother), Aeris's Oldemor (Great Grandmother).

Here is their first time meeting :) 

Aeris is her first great grand child. She was so proud and so happy to meet her! 

It was so nice to see her again. She absolutely looooved Aeris Naomi. She told us lots of stories, and we talked for hours! It was the greatest time! 

Norway Summer 2012 - Part 3

After visiting my grandmother, we drove over the mountain, heading west. 

The ferry is on it's way at 6 in the morning.

Peaceful. Beautiful.

First time on a ferry :) 

We stopped by to say hi to some friends. Frida Emilie, their youngest, is 11 days older than Aeris Naomi. 

They had so much fun together.

After spending a few hours with them we got on the next ferry, and to our next visit.
